Leadership Coaching

Helping Leaders tap into their full potential

Business and Executive Coaching

We believe the only way to ensure coaching provides lasting value is to ensure that the coaching relationship is a trusted confidential space that very much focuses on the needs of our clients. Our style of coaching is person-centred, relational and systemic. This means we work at a deep level to create value for the individual by raising self-awareness to help satisfy both personal goals and organisational goals. Our experience shows that when a leader develops heightened self-awareness, they can more easily adapt positively to situations.

  • All our coach’s at Astute our fully qualified experienced accredited coaches from a range of different industries. We coach clients in both Ireland and the UK.
  • A coaching relationship typically runs for 6 to 12 months and sessions typically run 4-6 weeks apart to allow time for reflection and experimentation.
  • The initial session builds rapport and connection and focuses on what success looks like so there is a clear purpose and outcome from the coaching.
  • Psychometric tools like 360 degree feedback can be used to help baseline the starting point and provide additional insight to determine what success looks like.

Team Coaching

Astute provides team coaching to help team’s drive their effectiveness and performance. Our team coaching approach helps to build awareness and skill in working as one team, not just as a group of individuals. We do this by raising awareness around patterns working in real time and selecting new strategies to enable the team to tap into its full collective potential. Our approach is bespoke dependent on the requirements of our client.

We offer:

  • Diagnostic tools (e.g. TDS – 6 team conditions) to better understand where the team is at and identify areas that will help drive effectiveness and performance.
  • Series of sessions with a particular theme to help enhance both the dynamic in the team and the work of the team.
  • Assessment to track the progress of the team.

Typical assignments may include:

  • Defining our shared purpose
  • Determining our priorities as a team
  • Enhancing relationships
  • Building trust and appreciation
  • Enhancing open communications and honest dialogue
  • Breaking down silos
  • Learning how to work through conflict
  • Our preferred styles and strengths
