We are a boutique organisation and people change consultancy firm in Ireland that partners with our clients to deliver sustainable positive change, tapping into their full potential and adding lasting value to their lives and businesses.
We set up Astute Consulting to be the preferred organisation and people change partner for our clients. We are different to other consultancy firms – we have hands-on practitioner experience of managing the human side of change in particular in times of high disruption. We are passionate about partnering with our clients, building on what they are today, helping to shine a greater light on their potential that delivers success and fulfilment. We’re all about creating lasting value and performance.
