We set up Astute Consulting to be the preferred organisation and people change partner for our clients. We are different to other consultancy firms – we have hands-on practitioner experience of managing the human side of change in particular in times of high disruption. We are passionate about partnering with our clients, building on what they are today, helping to shine a greater light on their potential that delivers success and fulfillment. - Michele is the founder of Astute Consulting. She has over 20 years HR practitioner experience in both the private and public sector and in her consulting practice works with a range of clients in both Ireland and the UK. She has extensive change experience especially during times of high disruption with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- With Board experience, Michele is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Banking and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is a qualified executive coach and has recently completed the Advanced Executive Coaching Programme at the Smurfit Business School, UCD. Michele is a qualified practitioner in EQ-1 2.0, EQ 360 emotional intelligence psychometrics and the Denison Model of Organisational Culture.
